I think they send it to valuable customers , which probably means either old ones or those who pay significant bills

I've been with them for 6 years and my bills are not significant. So maybe it's the oldness? No. Actually, I'm sure everybody subscribed to their star packages receives this stuff ;)
My birthday is on the 12nd too, and the card had that printed on it. But apparently the postman had his own schedule :)
